Welcome to the 2020 Livingston Memorial! We have 5 teams playing in our last 6 Goal tournament of the Spring Season. 

Tournament Format: 5 Star Draw
- Teams are guaranteed 2 games
- After each team plays 2 games, teams are ranked 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 based on their Win/Loss record
- The top 4 records will move on to the semifinals (1st vs 4th, 2nd vs 3rd)
- A consolation round robin will be offered on the day of the finals

Tied Records:
- In the case of tied records between teams that have advanced to the semis, we will have a draw to determine semifinal placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th). 
- In the case of tied records between teams facing elimination, we will have a shootout. USPA Shootout Rules apply.

 - All players must have USPA Dues paid
 - All players must have signed a HPC release form
 - Anyone on horseback must wear a helmet (spareholders, grooms, etc)
 - No dogs allowed on the ML Bar Ranch property please
 - Teams higher in the draw have jersey color choice

Tied Games:
If team handicaps indicate the possibility for a tied game, teams will be asked prior to the match for either shoot out or overtime. If both teams cannot agree, then teams will do a shootout.
 -- Shoot outs will follow USPA Rulebook Rule 14d, pg 51.
 -- Each player, alternating teams, will shoot Penalty 3s. After all players have hit, the teams with more points is declared the winner.  Should a tie remain, ALL PLAYERS will hit again, however the team which hit first will now hit second.
 - Overtime will follow USPA Rulebook Rule 14c, pg 51.
