Welcome to the 2019 Penny Cup Memorial! We have 7 teams playing our first 6 goal tournament.

Tournament Format
2 brackets: Bracket 1 has 4 teams, teams will play 2 games. Teams will draw for who they play first round, then the (1,0) teams will play the (0,1) teams for the second round. 
Bracket 2 will have the remaining 3 teams, which will play 2 round robins, keeping a continuous score.

Top 2 records in each bracket will move on to a cross bracket semifinal.

 - All players must have USPA Dues paid

Tied Records
Bracket 1: tied records will be broken by who beat who, then by a shootout.
 -- 1 player from each team will shoot
 -- we will plan to hold the shootout on Sunday afternoon after the games
 -- The teams will draw for seeding if they are tied and have not played each other.

Bracket 2: If all 3 teams hold a (1,1) record after the second round games, we will break the tie with a shootout
 -- 1 player from each team will shoot
 -- we will plan to hold the shootout on Sunday morning after the round robin

Tied Games
If team handicaps indicate the possibility for a tied game, teams will be asked prior to the match for either shoot out or overtime. If both teams cannot agree, then teams will do a shootout.
 -- Shoot outs will follow USPA Rulebook Rule 14d, pg 65.
 -- Each player, alternating teams, will shoot Penalty 3s. After all players have hit, the teams with more points is declared the winner.  Should a tie remain, ALL PLAYERS will hit again, however the team which hit first will now hit second.
 - Overtime will follow USPA Rulebook Rule 14c, pg 65.
