Welcome to the 2019 USPA Texas Women's Open!  We have 6 teams in this year's tournament.

Tournament Format:
- 2 brackets of 3 teams each
- Play 2 games inside bracket
- Top record inside each bracket advances to a cross bracket final

Tied Records:
- tied records are broken by who beat who 
- three way ties broken by 1 player shootout

The Host Tournament Committee has agreed that the USPA Texas Women's Open will have precedence over the other levels on fields throughout the week. 

Reminders:
 - All players must have USPA Dues paid
 - All players must have signed a HPC release form
 - Anyone on horseback must wear a helmet (spareholders, grooms, etc)
 - Spare changes are allowed at the end of fields only
 - Each team needs to bring 1 umpire horse per game

Last resort is using Saturday morning for TX Open. 
Would like to try to avoid if possible.
 
However, if the whole week is cancelled, then we will hold the 3 match games on Saturday, and have a round robin final.
