Our 2017 Houston Classic has 8 teams, we will have 2 brackets of 4 teams each. Teams will play within their bracket, top 2 records in each bracket move on to a cross bracket semifinals (Brkt 1 #1 vs Brkt 2 #2, Brkt 1 #2 vs Brkt 2 #1). Consolation games will be offered.
In the case of tied records:
If it's 2 way tie, the tie is broken by 'who beats who'
If it's 3 way tie then we will have a shoot out.
USPA Shoot Out rules apply:
Tied Games - All players from each team will shoot penalty 3's (pg 65 Rule 14d)
Tied Records - 2 players from each team (1 pro and 1 member) will shoot penalty 3's and 4's to decide the winner (pg 166 Rule 6g)
