Welcome to the 2019 USPA Keleen & Carlton Beal Cup!  We have 6 teams playing in our second 10 Goal tournament of the season.

Tournament format:
Two brackets of three teams each.  Teams will play cross bracket, top 4 records overall advance to the semifinals (Record 1 vs Record 4, Record 2 vs Record 3)
Consolation match games will be offered.
Penatly 3's will be defended.
 - If the tournament is delayed more than a week due to weather, then the semis will be removed and the top 2 records overall will advance to the finals.

Tied Records:
 In the case of seeding, teams will draw for placement.
 In the case of elimination:
 - If 2 teams have tied records and they did NOT play each other, then the tie is broken by a shootout.
 - If 2 teams have tied records and they HAVE played each other, then the tie is broken by who beat who. 
 - If 3 or more teams have tied records, then the tie is broken by a shootout.
 Shootout Rules - 1 player from each team, time and place TBD by HTC

**Reminders**
 - Teams higher in the draw will choose jersey color
 - All players must have USPA Dues paid
 - All players must have signed a HPC release form
 - Anyone on horseback must wear a helmet (spareholders, grooms, etc)
 - Both teams need to mount 1 umpire each game
